Superb service from John who was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Got in touch quickly following my enquiry, fitted & removed box himself & was the perfect addition for my families holiday. All you could ask for really, and value for money was excellent. John will definitely be someone i recommend for other people, and have no hesitation to use his service again. Thank you!

Required an urgent roof box for over Christmas, other locals couldn't do it as out of season, john supplied and fitted at very short notice, recommend everyone to try john first bit doesn't have an unlimited supply of boxes, very pleased with service, thanks

John was a lifesaver. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent and the roofbox hire was very reasonably priced including fitting. Ideally located and easy to find. John helped us out with the biggest box possible for our car for our recent trip to N.I. Would recommend John to anyone and will definitely be keeping him in mind for any future trips.

We booked and hired a roofbox for John for over the Christmas period to take to Northern Ireland. Communications with John were very smooth beforehand and he fitted the box quickly and efficiently on the day. Whilst in NI our car’s engine seized which obviously over Christmas was a big problem. We managed to get another car to bring us back to Liverpool but sadly could not bring the box back at the same time. We left if with a relative to pack up and courier over once we got the key from John. We phoned John to let him know what had happened and he couldn’t have been more understanding. He sent the key and waited very patiently for the box to be returned (this took a number of weeks due to covid). At no point did John complain or charge us more money (which he would have been completely entitled to do) when it did eventually come back to John he even offered us a free box in the summer because he felt sorry for us having such bad luck over Christmas. I could not recommend Johns roofbox hire highly enough. Don’t look anywhere else. John’s prices are unbeatable, the box was in top condition and he is an amazing person to deal with. We would definitely use his hire again.

I considered buying one, but this is by far the best way to get a roof box. Great value for money and fitted for you, couldn't be better. I can't recommend John highly enough, service with a smile.

I’ve used John a few times over the last few years and never been disappointed! Excellent friendly service and value! Don’t hesitate if you need a box and bars! Will definitely use again when required!

Excellent service from John. Hired a box for 2 weeks and found the price very reasonable compared to others in the region.

I filled in a contact form and no-one got back to me. The lack of an alternative for contact is really frustrating. I've decided to go elsewhere so at least I know that I am actually going to get a roof box! Sorry!

I did actually hold a box for the dates and send a message to mobile number ending in 80386 as put in the contact form received advising of the cost and requested confirmation but didn't get a reply and let the roof box go

I was considering buying roof bars and a box but the initial cost put me off. I found John online and like some others have said I thought there must be a catch as his prices are very competitive. Well there was no catch and we couldn’t have been happier with everything. John couldn’t have been more helpful and we will definitely be using him again. If your looking for roof bars or box hire in the Liverpool area look no further.
